These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of letsgrowcomplete.com and the services provided by PeaceWithn LLC, doing business as Grow Complete ("Grow Complete," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Grow Complete provides marketing growth services and real estate media services, including photography, video, drone, floor plans, virtual tours, content, and related work. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each project are described in the order, proposal, or agreement you accept.

Applications and Orders

Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will work with you. We review each application and may accept or decline it. Orders for real estate media are placed through our ordering portal and are subject to the details shown at checkout.

Payment

You agree to pay the fees stated in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as described at the time of booking or invoicing. Late payments may delay delivery of work.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, access to the property or location, and any permissions needed for us to perform the work. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to have the property or subjects photographed or filmed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered media for your own business and marketing purposes. We retain ownership of raw files, source material, and our own tools and methods unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Text Messaging Program Terms

Program: Grow Complete text messages. If you opt in on our application form, you will receive marketing and promotional messages and messages about your inquiry or project.
Consent: By checking the consent box on our form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Grow Complete at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Carriers and Grow Complete are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
